Kemalpaşa Dessert



This dessert was originally known as the 'cheese dessert' but was renamed when it was produced in the district of Kemalpaşa and spread throughout the country. This dessert is made of sheep cheese, flour, semolina and eggs. The ingredients are kneaded into biscuits of 3-4 cm diameter and baked. The biscuits are sold in bags and the preparation of the dessert is completed when they are thrown into boiling sugar sherbet.
