Kestel

The county which is located 12 km east of Bursa was called “Kastel”, named after the castle during the Roman Period. Geyikli Baba Mosque Complex and the centuries-old giant sycamore called “Geyikli Baba Sycamore” in front of the complex are is interesting to see in the county, which was a village during the Ottoman Period. Saitabat waterfall and picnic spot near Derekızık village; Gözede Plateau, 15 km from the town center and Alaçam Plateau 17 km from the town center are worth seeing as well. Transportation to the county is provided through Ankara Road.
